Triple Blast is a mix of the big three medicinal mushrooms: Chaga, Red Reishi, and Turkey Tail. All ingredients are wild harvested and all-natural. Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) aka. Birch Clinker is known as the king of the medicinal mushrooms. It is a cold-loving fungus found primarily in northern forests, predominantly on species of birch. It has been used primarily in Russia and other Baltic countries for the past three hundred years. It is recognized for a wide variety of health benefits. It has a wide variety of active components, including Triterpenes (lanostanoid-type and others); Melanin complex; Heteropolysaccharides including beta glucans; Protein-bound polysaccharide (xylogalactoglucose); Inositols (B vitamins); Inotodiol; Ergosterols (Provitamin D) and other sterols; Betulin and Betulinic acid (concentrated from the birch bark). It is distributed widely around the world. It is the best-researched and clinically tested of the medicinal mushrooms. It is best known for the presence of two distinct polysaccharide-protein isolates which are specific to this species: PSK (Polysaccharide-Kureha) and PSP (Polysaccharide P). It also contains Beta glucans and Ergosterol derivatives (a form of Vitamin D2). Active components include Polysaccharides (more than one hundred types identified), such as Beta-D glucans, Gamma-D mannans, Heteropolysaccharides, Glycoproteins or Proteoglycans; Terpenes (well in excess of 200 terpenes isolated), including Ling Zhi-8 protein, Ganodermic acids, Triterpenes, and Ergosterols. Double Extraction assures maximum recovery of both water and alcohol soluble components to assure optimum health promoting compounds.
