Select a mode. Set the time. Increase the intensity. I set everything as it must be and the device’s lights on but I cannot switch modes or intensity, Why? Please check your PLUS 24 screen. If there is a “key” sign, your device is in key-locked mode. To unlock this mode, please press and hold a few seconds on the “T” button. A channel is working but B channel is not working. How can I activate them at the same time?
